Alright, so that headline was fake. But what if this actually happened? Would you be surprised? Relieved? Scared?

If you said you'd be surprised, I would like to point out to you that the Bush administration is directly responsible for the deaths of some 22-25 thousand (well over 100,000 by some counts) Iraqis since the war officially began in 2003. If this is not a crime, then what is?
